Crazy but True
The tallest unoccupied building in the world sits in Pyongyang. The Ryugyong Hotel is a 105 story pyramid begun in 1987, abandoned when funding collapsed, left as a bare concrete shell for 16 years, then wrapped in glass and lit up at night. It has still never opened to guests.
