A world map quiz with no multiple choice
You are given a country. You tap where it goes. Nothing narrows the field for you, which is why a good score here means you actually know the map — and why it is more fun than picking from four options.

What the quiz asks
- All 168 countries the game names, on one map you can pinch and zoom.
- Two tries each — 3 points, then 2. Miss twice and the country is outlined for you.
- Ten prompts, 100 seconds, one round a day.
- Some days ask for modern countries; some days a historical map from 1914, 1945 or 1960; some days mountains, deserts, rivers and oceans.
- One attempt at the daily round. Learn replays the same map, untimed, any time.
Why placement beats naming
It is possible to ace a naming quiz while carrying a badly wrong mental map — to know Slovenia and Slovakia are both European without being able to say which one reaches the Adriatic. A map quiz has nowhere for that to hide, and fixing it is the part that sticks.
